    A member of the Occupational Licensing team. Team leader responsibilities in the transformation of the current licensing program and involves work in support of or at times, physical presence in one of four field offices located in Grand Prairie, San Antonio, Houston and Fredericksburg.

    Criminal Analysts:

    A member of the Occupational Licensing team. Criminal analysis related to applications for occupational licenses to engage in activities that involve pari-mutuel horse racing.

    Customer Service Representatives:

    STATE AUDITOR'S OFFICE CLASSIFICATION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE V, CLASS CODE 0140, SALARY GROUP A19, SALARY RANGE: $45,244-72,408

    Duties include operations of an occupational licensing program which involve pre-determination of applicant criminal background history, determinations of application denials as well as preparation of files for appellate hearings.

Work involves independently planning and conducting sometimes complex or unusual investigations with minimal supervision. Minimum of five years of investigative experience preferred.
